The Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional hospitality experience to every guest. This role focuses on attentive service, guiding guests through the menu, and ensuring guest satisfaction from the moment they are seated until the conclusion of their visit. Servers act as knowledgeable ambassadors of the restaurant, helping guests understand menu offerings, recommending food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Key Responsibilities Provide warm, attentive hospitality to guests throughout their dining experience. Guide guests through the menu by describing dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods. Offer thoughtful food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation. Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain awareness of guest needs and anticipate service opportunities. Process payments accurately and handle transactions through the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
