Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring that food safety and sanitation standards are met. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining and kitchen spaces. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Operate point-of-sale systems for order processing. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Assist in the training of new staff members on food service protocols and best practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills. Have a good command of English language. Food & Beverage and Food Service experience. Basic Cooking knowledge is a plus. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills. Experience At least one (1) year experience in a hospitality or food service environment. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience using restaurant management software. Educations Formal food service training is preferred, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
