Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS and ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in a busy Korean or fine dining environment Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering authentic Korean cuisine with exceptional service!
