Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server/Cashier and become the heart of our vibrant food service environment! In this lively role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing friendly, efficient service while managing food and beverage orders with precision. Your energetic approach will ensure guests feel welcomed and valued, creating memorable moments that keep them coming back. Whether taking orders at the counter or handling cash transactions, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will drive our success and foster a positive atmosphere for both customers and team members. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Prepare simple food items in accordance with food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and quality guidelines Handle retail sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and POS operations Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and food prep stations through bussing and sanitation practices Manage food handling responsibilities with a focus on safety, freshness, and presentation Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong skills in food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation practices Demonstrated ability in retail sales transactions, cash handling, and basic math calculations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods Experience in culinary activities or kitchen work is advantageous but not required Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
