Whether you're recommending menu items, or creating a lively atmosphere, your enthusiasm will drive the energy and success of our venue. Duties Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide outstanding customer service and enhance their overall experience. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in drink presentation and order accuracy. Utilize POS to process orders, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs accurately. Upsell menu items including specialty drinks and food offerings to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning bar equipment, glassware, and work areas in compliance with food safety regulations. Demonstrate knowledge of fine dining service standards when applicable, ensuring an upscale experience for guests. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly within bars, nightclubs, or fine dining establishments. Strong knowledge of cocktails, food handling procedures, and sanitation practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations quickly and authentically. Effective time management skills to handle high-volume periods while maintaining quality service. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food industry standards related to serving, food safety, food preparation, and sanitation practices is highly desirable.
