Job Description
Welcome to Klocke Estate! We are hiring a front of house team member! FOH team members generally start as a food runner and move into server, bartender, tour guide, host positions based on their skill set and goals. Please apply to learn more. Responsibilities Cultivate a comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage items and their preparation in all active spaces within the building. Focus on always continuing your education and into all facets of our operations, be it the Bar, Kitchen and Service programs. Exudes excellence in hospitality for all employees and guests Proactive in their communication with the management team. Ability to define and effectively solve and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve conflicting interests with the goal of obtaining cooperation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Compensation & Benefits
- The hourly pay for front of house hourly positions is $16 dollars per hour, plus tips and sales commission.
