Job Description
Sedona Mesa Grill is a new concept coming to Aurora St in downtown Ithaca. At Sedona Mesa Grill our menu is a vibrant tapestry of Southwestern flavors. Southwestern food is a captivating and delicious exploration of a rich cultural history, while blending the best of Native American, Mexican, and Spanish influences. We are currently seeking FOH servers that are enthusiastic and dynamic individuals with upscale experience. A welcoming, customer first attitude is a must. Our ideal candidates possess a solid work ethic, the ability to thrive in a team orientated environment, and passion for excellent service. We are seeking candidates who can commit to 3-5 days a week, open availability preferred but not required. Anywhere from 20-35 hours a week depending on number of days you prefer to work, students welcomed to apply. Part time and Full time accepted. SERVER Minimum 1 year of experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant Working knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems (POS) Willing to take on challenges with a supportive team Ability to take constructive criticism and has the motivation to improve Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner with a sense of urgency Communicative and have service knowledge Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail If you think you have what it takes, please apply!
