SERVER We are seeking a polished, attentive server who understands that exceptional dining is built on precision, warmth, and impeccable timing. We hold our team to a high standard, and we reward those who meet it. Responsibilities Deliver attentive, anticipatory service that exceeds guest expectations from greeting to farewell. Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation, allergens, and pairings, and articulate it with confidence. Take and enter orders accurately, manage timing across multiple tables, and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout each shift. Handle payments precisely and resolve guest concerns with composure and professionalism. Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards without exception. Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support colleagues during high-volume service. Qualifications Prior serving or hospitality experience strongly preferred; fine-dining background a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consistently professional demeanor. Strong multitasking ability and grace under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Reliable, punctual, and meticulous in execution. Able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
