Job Description
We're hiring for a host / Food runner! Interested? Apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Being a great first and last impression
- Coordinating the server seating rotation
- Providing accurate wait times
- Escorting guests to the dining and bar seating areas
- Providing information to guests, in person or on the phone
- Assisting in bussing tables
- Running food from the kitchen to guests (both downstairs and upstairs)
- General cleaning and running side work, including sanitation of high touch point surfaces
- Responding to complaints and helping resolve them
- Other tasks, as assigned .
Requirements:
- Sharp, presentable appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Solid organizational and people skills
- Ability to have a positive attitude and work well under pressure
- Sense of urgency, good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
