Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will provide exceptional guest service and ensure an enjoyable dining experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Duties:

• Greet guests and provide them with menus
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Process payments using the POS system
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of guest services and guest relations
• Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling
• Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
