Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Waitress / Banquet Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest services during events, banquets, and regular dining hours. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest has a memorable experience, whether they are enjoying a casual meal or attending a special event. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining or event experience Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are accommodated Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with setting up banquet rooms, including arranging tables, linens, and utensils to meet event specifications Buss tables promptly after guests leave to maintain a clean and inviting environment Support food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to deliver seamless service during catering events or banquets Qualifications Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant service is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and proper serving techniques Excellent guest relations skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with banquet service, catering, or large event setups is advantageous Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service excellence Previous hotel or coffee shop experience is a plus but not required Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests through outstanding service!
