Guest Experience Associate

Front of House Team Member - Better Burger Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly, upbeat, and welcoming attitude Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Upsell menu items, add-ons, and specials to enhance the guest experience Prepare and serve beverages, including beer, wine, cocktails, and milkshakes Expo food by organizing, checking, and delivering orders quickly and accurately Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including bussing and resetting tables Communicate clearly with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth service flow Handle guest needs, questions, and concerns with professionalism and positivity Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable preparing and serving drinks, and learning new recipes ( must be 18+ ) Attention to detail and commitment to quality service Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed Ability to quickly learn systems, menu items, and service standards What We're Looking For At Better Burger, energy and personality matter just as much as skill .
