Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring that all guests receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Responsibilities Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system or cash register. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area & kitchen areas. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. Assist in training new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices in hospitality. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and handling practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
