Job Description

We are seeking experienced Servers to support temporary needs for corporate events and private events in the Suffolk area. As our busy season approaches, we are looking for hospitality professionals who can deliver polished, high-level service in fast-paced event environments.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional, attentive service at corporate, university, and private events. Set up and break down banquet and event spaces according to client specifications. Serve plated meals, buffets, and passed hors d'oeuvres with efficiency and professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and event spaces. Follow food safety and service standards at all times. Work collaboratively with captains, chefs, and event teams to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
Servers:
Minimum of 2+ years of hospitality experience required. At least 1 year of banquet serving experience required. Experience in corporate, university, or high-volume event settings preferred. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments. #Julissa Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, which may include standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation.
