Job Description

Fine Dinning Server 400 Broadhollow Road, Melville, NY 11747 $11.35 an hour - Part-time $11.35 an hour - Part-time Anthony Scotto Restaurants is renowned for creating unforgettable fine dining experiences through elevated cuisine, refined ambiance, and warm, attentive service. We're looking for professional, service-driven Servers to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence, this is your chance to be part of one of the region's premier restaurant groups. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and ensure a high standard of hospitality from start to finish. Present menus, explain dishes and specials, and offer wine and pairing suggestions. Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions. Perform tableside service when required (e.g., pouring wine, preparing dishes). Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, service stations, and dining area. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Support team members and contribute to a smooth front-of-house operation. Collect payments from tables. Skills Proven experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service (minimum 1-3 years preferred). Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a warm, professional demeanor. Extensive food and beverage knowledge, including familiarity with steaks, seafood, and dietary accommodations. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on supporting a smooth front-of-house operation. Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure during high-volume service. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
