Job Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated Servers to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Whether taking orders, serving food and beverages, your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar, ensuring proper handling and food safety protocols. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and prioritization. Engage with guests to provide personalized service, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, adhering to food safety standards and health regulations. Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred restaurant or banquet settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service. Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and alcohol serving regulations. Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus but not required. Must be at least 18 years old with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
