Overnight IRD Server

JF Restaurants is looking for an experienced Overnight In-Room Dining Server at the Wall Street Hotel . The Overnight In-Room Dining Server will serve guest during their stay at the Wall St. Hotel. This person will ensure In-Room Dining services run smoothly, while upholding the quality of food and beverages.

Responsibilities :

Receive guests' orders, deliver and collect food and beverages from guest rooms. Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items with knowledge of all ingredients and preparations. Deliver food and beverage orders to guests' rooms while upholding company standards. Consistently follow steps of service with efficiency and grace, while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service. Maintain accurate set up and delivery of all food and beverage orders according to company standards and procedures. Anticipate guest needs, ensuring constant communication with colleagues, management, and the kitchen at all times during service. Respond to guest needs, questions and issues in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during and after service. All other responsibilities assigned by Management.

Qualifications :

Must have overnight/open availability. Must have experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar restaurant setting. Must work well in a team dynamic Positive, engaging, and energetic personality Ability to carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
