The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. This role requires a passion for the food industry and a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards. Ensure timely delivery of meals to guests while maintaining quality and presentation. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal preparation and service flow. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures as needed. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and meal preparation techniques is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A team player who is willing to help colleagues as needed.
