EXPERIENCED
servers that are able to grill tableside BBQ. Your main responsibilities will be to juggle multiple tables simultaneously grilling, taking orders, and billing our patrons in a high traffic high stress environment. Customer service is paramount in our restaurant and must ensure complete customer satisfaction. Must have experience in Korean BBQ or something similar, this is not only a server role but a cook role as well. Servers are expected to be well groomed, organized and neat. 3-5 days with very high tips ranging from $1800 to over $2000 a week working 30 hours. Speaking Korean or Chinese although not required is a plus. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is required. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest services. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. MUST have previous KBBQ experience.
