Food and Beverage Server

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, including catering and restaurant settings, and possess strong customer service skills. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist with catering events and banquets, ensuring timely service and presentation. Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and accommodating special requests. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies. Participate in training sessions related to food preparation and safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience in catering, or within the restaurant industry is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for food preparation and serving others.
