Taco Inc. Modern Mexican is bringing bold flavors and authentic recipes to Olean with the opening of our 6th location—and we're building a team that delivers just as much energy as our kitchen. We're looking for friendly, reliable servers who can create a welcoming atmosphere, guide guests through our menu, and provide an exceptional dining experience from the first "hola" to the last bite. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a warm, upbeat attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently Provide menu knowledge, including daily specials and recommendations Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly Process payments and maintain accurate transactions Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Maintain a clean and safe dining environment Experience & Qualifications Previous serving or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Positive attitude with a passion for great service Wages will be discussed during the interview process.
