Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance the dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Culinary experience or food preparation knowledge is a plus but not required Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting; previous cashiering experience is advantageous Effective communication skills to engage guests positively and work seamlessly with team members Experience with serving in high-energy environments such as nightclubs or bustling restaurants is preferred Join us to be part of a lively team where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
