119 South Street, Manhattan (Seaport District) The Paris Café in the Seaport. First opened in 1873, this New York landmark is back with a reimagined menu rooted in French bistro classics, a strong beverage program, and an atmosphere built for late-night energy, private events, and everyday elegance. We are building a fast, sharp, and high-energy front-of-house team. Servers here set the tone for an experience that is part dining room, part late-night destination. This role requires attentiveness, anticipation, and an exuberant personality to keep service seamless while the vibe builds.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant serving experience in NYC
- Confidence managing full sections in a high-volume, high-energy environment
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and classic cocktails
- Toast POS experience
- Attentive, energetic, and polished floor presence
- Clear, upbeat communication and a team-first mentality
- Availability for dinner and late-night shifts
- Legally authorized to work in the U.
S. with valid ID(s)
