Shifts needed are Friday and Saturdays with Sundays and Thursdays in near future. Duties Deliver prepared food orders swiftly from the kitchen to designated tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining space. Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness during transportation. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and address any special requests or modifications. Support food preparation tasks when needed, including plating or garnishing dishes under chef supervision. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process guest orders or assist with order accuracy if required. Maintain a positive attitude, provide excellent guest service, and respond promptly to guest inquiries or needs. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Familiarity with food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices is advantageous. Experience with serving, bussing, or supporting in banquet settings enhances your ability to excel in this role. Knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking processes, or culinary experience can be beneficial for understanding food flow. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are vital for interacting with guests and team members effectively. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Hotel or hospitality industry background can provide valuable customer service insights that translate well into this role.
