Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server or busser , where your passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service will shine. In this lively role, you'll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences for guests through attentive service and a positive attitude. Whether assisting with food and beverage orders, maintaining a clean environment, or ensuring guest satisfaction, your energy and professionalism will drive the success of our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met Clear tables, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold hygiene standards Assist with food handling duties, including setting up stations and ensuring proper storage of supplies Support catering events or special functions as needed to enhance guest satisfaction Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of hospitality standards Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently, including bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness standards Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry Experience in catering or hotel service environments is a plus Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving protocols and kitchen workflows This energetic role invites enthusiastic individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
