Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bar Server, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a friendly attitude, taking their drink and food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve beverages and light food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Manage multiple tables or bar stations through effective time management, ensuring timely service during busy hours. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and recommending drinks or specials to enhance their experience. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food handling regulations and safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events such as banquets or nightclub nights, contributing to a lively atmosphere. Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for sales transactions and retail math calculations. Experience in catering, banquet service, or brewing environments is a plus.
