Overview We are seeking a Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Pixel Point POS systems. Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests as needed. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries or complaints in a professional manner. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and requests simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively. Understanding of food handling practices and sanitation regulations within the food industry. Experience as a host/host or in guest services can enhance your candidacy.
