Job Description
Provide friendly, competent service to members and guests, in a quiet, formal dining environment as well a more upbeat bar setting. Option to work days, evenings, weekends, banquets and/or special events. Preferred for this job posting is Tuesday night, Friday night, Thursday night. Perform set-up, clean-up and closing duties, as assigned by manager Familiarize oneself with all selections on menu Greet, seat and present menus take drink and appetizer orders Take main course orders, and enter orders correctly in POS system Ensure that customer dishes are correct and satisfactory Suggest and serve dessert, coffee and/or after-dinner drinks Take necessary steps to ensure a satisfactory customer experience Handle payment as prescribed by standard operating procedures Work in collaboration with other servers and staff
