About the Role We're seeking an experienced, service‑driven Server to deliver warm, attentive, and professional dining experiences for our members and guests at the Donald Ross Pub. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests warmly and provide five‑star service Confidently describe menu items, specials, and beverage offerings Accurately enter orders in the POS system (Jonas) Communicate special requests, allergies, and modifications to culinary teams Review orders before delivery to ensure accuracy Clear and reset tables throughout service Support teammates and collaborate with bartenders and banquet staff Maintain knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits Assist with opening/closing duties and side work Maintain clean and organized dining and back‑of‑house spaces This list outlines the primary duties, but additional reasonable tasks may be assigned as needed. What You Bring Minimum 2 years of serving experience; bartending and/or country club experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting Flexible availability: mornings, nights, weekends, holidays Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform frequent physical tasks Must be 18+ with reliable transportation Food safety + alcohol service certifications (or willingness to obtain) Schedule & Pay Full or part time Typically 20-45+ hours per week , year-round Competitive wage based on experience Join a premier private club environment and help create exceptional dining experiences for our members.
