Position Summary As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences. You'll be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, delivering food, maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, and working closely with your team to ensure smooth daily operations. ResponsibilitiesGuest Hospitality Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality Guide guests through our menu and provide recommendations Take accurate dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders using the Toast POS system Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and care Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for all guests Restaurant Operations Process cash and credit card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and guest areas Assist with food running, table maintenance, packaging takeout orders, and supporting team members during busy periods Restock supplies and prepare stations for service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards Teamwork & Growth Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams Participate in opening and closing duties Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn Take initiative and contribute to a strong team culture Continuously develop restaurant and hospitality skills QualificationsPreferred Experience Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience. Experience using Toast or other POS systems. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
