Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, hospitality-driven environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly service in a fast-paced setting. Whether working in a lively nightclub, upscale restaurant, or casual dining space, you'll be the key to creating memorable moments that keep guests coming back. This position is fully paid and offers a vibrant work atmosphere where your hospitality skills can shine! Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing honest recommendations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through OpenTable or other reservation systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure complete satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and reservations management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, food handling, and basic math for accurate check processing Experience with culinary operations or kitchen support is a plus for better understanding of food preparation processes Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive on creating memorable guest experiences, and possess the skills to excel in a lively food industry setting.
