Evening Cocktail Server - Front Porch Saratoga Springs, NY | Seasonal or Year-Round Opportunity There's something special about evenings on the porch. At our boutique luxury hotel, cocktail hour isn't just a service—it's an experience. We're looking for a warm, intuitive Cocktail Server to host a small section on our front porch, where guests gather to unwind over beautifully crafted cocktails, curated wines, and thoughtfully prepared small plates. This is a role for someone who loves hospitality at its most personal: remembering a guest's favorite drink, pacing a table just right, and creating an atmosphere that feels effortless and memorable. What You'll Do Own and manage a small porch section during evening service Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and small plates with precision and care Engage with guests in a genuine, polished, and personable manner Anticipate needs and create a seamless, unhurried guest experience Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service area Collaborate with the kitchen and leadership team to ensure smooth service Who You Are Experienced in serving and comfortable behind the bar (bartending experience strongly preferred) Confident making classic cocktails and open to learning elevated recipes Naturally warm, observant, and detail-oriented Someone who thrives in a slower-paced, high-touch environment vs. high-volume service Professional in presence, punctual, and reliable Passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage What Makes This Role Special Intimate section size allows for truly personalized service A beautiful outdoor setting in the heart of Saratoga Springs Opportunity to develop both serving and bartending skills Work alongside a team that values thoughtful, high-end guest experiences Schedule & Compensation Evening shifts (typically aligned with cocktail hour through nightcap service) Competitive hourly rate + tips If you believe great service is about connection, not just execution, we'd love to meet you.
