Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Server and become a vital part of creating memorable events for our guests. In this lively and fast-paced role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by serving food and beverages with enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to enhance their experience Serve food and beverages efficiently during banquets, catering events, and special functions Ensure all food handling and serving procedures adhere to food safety standards and regulations Buss tables promptly, clear dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the service area throughout each event Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the culinary team to deliver quality service Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests, providing exceptional guest relations and customer service Support setup and breakdown of banquet areas, including arranging tables, linens, and utensils to meet event specifications Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Culinary or banquet experience is highly desirable to understand food presentation and service standards Strong guest services skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that promotes positive guest interactions Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper serving techniques Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting Experience with catering or restaurant service enhances your ability to adapt seamlessly to various event types Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests alike Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
