Server

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

• Duties
• Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
• Process payments using cash registers or handheld devices
• Qualifications
• Must have prior experience in hospitality or customer service
• Basic culinary knowledge is beneficial
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist guests effectively
• Proficiency in upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience
• Sales skills to promote menu items and specials
