Company Overview Rosalies Cucina is an upscale Tuscan restaurant dedicated to providing an authentic and memorable dining experience. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a lively atmosphere that celebrates Italian cuisine. Overview We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy outstanding service from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and eager to return. Responsibilities Take accurate food and beverage orders, using POS systems such as SPOTON or and communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Provide knowledgeable recommendations, upselling menu items to enhance guest experiences and increase sales. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering positive guest relations. Clear tables efficiently, bus tables as needed, and assist with basic food preparation or kitchen support when required. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering processes, including cash handling and math calculations. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience in fine dining settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as SPOTON, Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience with culinary tasks, food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Knowledge of reservation platforms like OpenTable and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
