Job Description

The North Fork Table & Inn is hiring for Back Servers. JF Restaurants is a hospitality group rooted in collaboration and innovation, founded by restaurateur & Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser. We create moments that move people by using food, beverage, hospitality, and design. The North Fork Table & Inn is nestled in between some of the areas greatest farms and wineries. Southold offers a great opportunity to get out of the city for the summer and enjoy vast outdoor spaces with a handful of beaches near by.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS
Experienced in working within an upscale or fine dining restaurant for a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Detail oriented, follows through and is able to multitask and prioritize needs while maintaining composure, focus and productivity Warm, friendly and an excellent communicator Able to work quickly and adapt on the go Passionate about providing guests with high-quality service Able to stand, walk, and/or sit for long periods of time and have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
A TASTE OF THE ROLE
Provide a friendly and caring experience for every guest that comes into the restaurant, upholding the restaurant's hospitality standards Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations at all times Complete opening side and closing side duties thoroughly and efficiently as assigned Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station and service area etc.
