Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments through POS systems Clear tables promptly and assist with bussing to ensure cleanliness and readiness for new guests Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to answer guest inquiries confidently Foster positive guest relations by providing personalized service and resolving any concerns promptly Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, and guest relations preferred Ability to work flexible hours including nights pay is $12.50 per hour + tips Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences through exceptional service, teamwork, and dedication.
