Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure all tables are properly sanitized and set before guest arrival. Handle cash transactions responsibly, including cash register operations and processing payments. Assist with food preparation as needed to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience operating a cash register. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
