The Pantry Lead Counter Server

Job Requirements Starting pay rate $19.00 hourly Day/Swing Shift Come be part of our team at The Pantry, our newest location at Turning Stone Casino! As a Lead Counter Server, you'll help oversee daily food outlet operations while delivering outstanding guest service. You'll showcase strong sales and service skills when assisting both guests and team members with food and beverages. What does a Lead counter server do? Provides excellent guest service when selling F&B items to guests and Team Members. Accurately operates cash register and handles payments. Answers guest questions about food items, prices, preparation methods, and availability, while up-selling products. Maintains cleanliness and order in assigned areas. Trains new team members in F&B standards and procedures. Keeps cases filled and restocks essential items for efficiency.

Work Experience To be successful as a Lead counter server, you'll need to: Count money and make correct change. Have excellent interpersonal communication skills. Promptly ring in orders and settles checks on POS system. Keep accurate records of products and sales. Have previous Food & Beverage experience. Train new employees. Be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
