Duties Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes, including pasta, sauces, antipasti, and other traditional specialties with precision and flair Craft a variety of pizzas from scratch, ensuring perfect dough consistency, toppings, and baking techniques Follow established recipes and menu guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across all dishes Manage food preparation stations efficiently, ensuring timely service during busy hours Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes or variations based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and presentation for an appealing dining experience Skills Proven experience in Italian cuisine preparation and pizza making within a restaurant or food service setting Strong knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices Excellent knife skills for efficient ingredient prep and precise cuts Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail during high-volume periods Experience with food industry standards for meal preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentation Familiarity with catering or fine dining environments is a plus Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to deliver quality dishes promptly Join us if you're eager to bring authentic Italian flavors to life!
