Responsibilities Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests during catered events, banquets, and functions Set up dining areas according to event specifications, including table arrangements and presentation standards Assist with food handling, plating, and presentation to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained Clear tables promptly and buss away used dishes to keep service areas clean and organized Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent guest relations and addressing any special requests or needs Support food preparation tasks as needed, including buffet setup or replenishment during service Follow all food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly preferred, especially in catering or banquet settings Culinary experience or restaurant experience will be considered an asset for understanding food handling and service standards Demonstrated skills in guest services, customer service, or guest relations are essential for creating positive guest interactions Experience with food safety procedures, food preparation, and food handling regulations is desirable Prior banquet or catering experience will help you excel in managing event-specific responsibilities Knowledge of coffee service or hotel experience can be beneficial but is not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued highly Join us in delivering exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression!
