Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through the door. Your experience in food service, customer relations, and POS systems will help create memorable moments for our guests. Responsibilities Provide descriptions of food and drink options to enhance the guest experience Take orders using a POS system. Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining guest satisfaction Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper food handling. Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Process payments efficiently using cash handling skills Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, or retail. Experience with POS system.
