As a server, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness to create an inviting atmosphere and help them to the right sitting area Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication with the bar staff Serve dishes and drinks efficiently while working comfortably with trays and maintaining proper food handling techniques Assist with bussing glassware promptly to maintain a clean dining environment Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and food safety standards to assist guests effectively Skills Proven experience in the food industry or hospitality environments, including restaurant or catering settings Strong guest relations skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and excellent communication abilities Ability to work efficiently with trays, demonstrating good coordination and physical stamina Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper serving techniques Previous experience in banquet service, coffee service, or hotel food service is a plus Capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about creating positive guest experiences through lively service, teamwork, and a welcoming attitude.
