Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Cocktail Server, in this role, you will be the face of our bar and dining area, delivering exceptional beverage and food service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in food and drink presentation, customer relations, and efficient service will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic setting that values teamwork and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate drink and food orders using Square POS Upsell menu items by recommending specialty drinks or food pairings to enhance the guest experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve any issues promptly Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or nightlife environments such as nightclubs or upscale dining preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest relations Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and safety protocols within the food industry Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods in a fast-paced environment
