Job Description
Job Overview This is currently a part time position only. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in food service, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and valued. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality guest services while working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining presentation standards. Assist guests with any questions or special requests regarding menu items. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any issues that may arise. Uphold food safety and handling standards to ensure guest health and satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred, particularly in a restaurant setting. Knowledge of culinary practices, food handling, and safety regulations is essential. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent guest services. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
