Job Description
Waiter/Waitress in Akron
- English Speaking (No Experience Required) We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented waiter/waitress to join our team in Akron.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring accuracy and high quality
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments accurately using POS system
Requirements:
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Fluent in English (verbal communication)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must have legal authorization to work in the
