Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your culinary knowledge, combined with your ability to manage multiple tables efficiently, will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and again. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Upsell menu items including wines, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations; bus tables and assist with food handling as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns swiftly to uphold excellent customer service standards. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or high-volume settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs professionally. Culinary experience or food industry background that supports menu familiarity and food safety practices. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising quality. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, sales processing, and bill splitting; understanding of sanitation standards for food handling and kitchen safety.
