This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, teamwork, and creating exceptional dining experiences. As a Server Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth service by expediting food, assisting servers, maintaining service stations, and helping keep our dining room operating at the highest level. Responsibilities Expedite and organize food orders from the kitchen Run food promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation Assist servers by bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables Refill and maintain sauces, condiments, dressings, grated cheese, bread, and other service station items Keep service stations clean, stocked, and organized throughout each shift Assist with opening and closing side work Polish and restock silverware, glassware, and smallwares Deliver bread, water, and other guest requests as needed Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dining room at all times Support the team wherever needed to ensure exceptional guest service What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Sense of urgency and attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
