Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server Team Member and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face that greets guests, takes orders, and ensures every visitor leaves satisfied and eager to return. Whether you're assisting with food preparation or managing POS systems, your contribution will keep our operation running smoothly and efficiently. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Toast POS system Assist with food preparation, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are met Handle retail sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas Support food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring quick turnaround times for guests Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service without compromising quality Requirements Previous serving experience is preferred Familiarity with Toast is desired Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards Experience with food preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations is a plus Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Retail math skills for managing sales transactions and inventory control Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively environment!
