Are you a dependable and energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment? The Pour House at Machinery Hall, located in the heart of historic downtown Chillicothe, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Assistants (RAs) . In this role, you'll work behind the scenes and alongside servers, bartenders, and hosts to keep operations running smoothly and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest.Responsibilities:
Support servers and bartenders by clearing tables, refilling water, and restocking supplies Assist hosts with guest needs and seating flow during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, bar area, and common spaces throughout shifts Help restock and organize silverware, glassware, and other service items Run food or drinks to tables when needed Perform general tasks to support the front and back of house Respond to guest requests with a positive and helpful attitudeRequirements:
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude Able to multitask and stay organized during high-volume periods Comfortable being on your feet and moving for extended periods Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-volume periods.
